| Tyler wants to take Greta out |
Tyler has obviously stayed the night at number 7, and considers that Greta would like to go out this afternoon, so they could make a fuss of her. On the other hand, Iolo insists that she needs a quiet day with her toys, although Tyler stresses that the police are looking for Aled.

| "Look, tidy that up!" |
Iolo tells him to clear things up, and goes to answer the door; his father and Anita are visiting, and do not look happy to see Tyler there.

| "You don't want to go through that again in a hurry |
“It’s an experience you don’t want to go through again in a hurry,” Siôn says, and Tyler remarks that Greta is fine, as if nothing had happened.
“Look what Mam-gu has got for you!” says Anita,
 |
| "Supposed to make everything all right, is it?" |
and Tyler demands whether a present like that is supposed to make everything all right.
 |
| "Who are you to lecture me?" |
“Who are you to lecture me?” snarls Anita, and Siôn points out that there is no need to discuss it now. Tyler will go and put the kettle on.

| Dani watches Garry's cavorting on the rugby field |
In the Deri, Dani, who has now arrived home from the hospital, is looking at the video of Garry’s antics on the rugby field;

| "I've already got a headache without this!" |
“I’ve already got a headache without coming back to this!” she complains. Garry tells her not to take any notice of it, but she reminds him, “The match was abandoned because of you!”

| "The way the Cwrtmynach parents behaved!" |
He replies, “You would have flipped too, the way the Cwrtmynach parents behaved!” Just then Dai and Jim come in, and Jim maintains that Dai did him a favour by sacking him.

| "I do miss you, you know, Jim" |
“I don’t like to admit it, but I do miss you – you know, the banter and things,” Dai replies,
 |
| "I still remember where APD is – at the moment" |
and is told to give Jim a call when he puts the kettle on, as he still remembers where APD is – at the moment.”

| "Here's the star of social media!" |
Jim greets Garry, “Here’s the star of social media!” but is told, in no uncertain terms that if he watches that video in the Deri, he will be banned – again.

| "There was an urgent meeting, after your shenanigans!" |
Dai hands Garry a letter from the rugby club committee, informing him, “There was an urgent meeting, straight after your shenanigans – the parents called the meeting –

| "Don't shoot the messenger!" |
“don’t shoot the messenger, as they say.

| Garry is decidedly not happy |
Garry looks extremely angry.
 |
| "I'm not going – end of!" |
At number 10, Gerwyn tells Dylan that Guto has decided not to go back to school, and Guto confirms this, “I’m not going – end of!” Dylan has brought lunch for the three of them,

| "That's great news, Mam!" |
and then Gerwyn’s phone rings; it is Brenda, who advises him that Jaclyn will be allowed to come home from hospital tomorrow. He will be over there to see her after work.

| Gerwyn announces the good news . . . |
Both he and Guto are overjoyed to hear this,

| . . . but Dylan does not look so pleased |
but Dylan is not so excited.

| They listen to the baby monitor |
At number 7, Siôn and Anita are sitting round the table with Iolo, listening to the voice of Tyler talking to Greta in her bedroom; “Go to sleep now – Dad will see you soon.”

| "Sounds like someone has got their feet under the table again!" |
Siôn remarks that it sounds like someone has got their feet under the table again, but Iolo answers that Tyler has had a shock as well. “As long as he doesn’t take advantage, that’s all,” his father goes on.

| Tyler comes downstairs . . . |
When Tyler comes downstairs,

| . . . and is told that he can leave now |
Anita dismisses him, “You can go now – Iolo wants to spend time with his family.” Tyler protests that he is family, and does not know why she is still there after what she did;

| "That's enough, both of you" |
Siôn again tries to calm the atmosphere. Anita is eager to get the last word, “You can be safe in the knowledge that nothing like that will happen again while Greta’s with me – all right?” Tyler merely laughs.
Siôn suggests that they should all take stock, as Greta means a lot to all of them, but Anita will not be silenced;

“Your boyfriend put her in danger!” Tyler exclaims that Aled is not his boyfriend, but she rages, “He wouldn’t have taken Greta if you hadn’t messed around with him – he should be arrested!” Tyler confirms that he has already contacted the police, and Anita is glad that he has a conscience.

| "I just went a bit over the top" |
In the Deri, Dani is still looking at the video, and Garry does not know what all the fuss is about; “I just went a bit over the top, supporting Gwern,” but she reminds him that he threatened the Cwrtmynach parents.

| "I was hoping my wife would support me" |
“I was hoping my wife would support me,” he tells her, but she says it is impossible after that performance.
“Some people have said they won’t let their kids play if you’re on the touchline!” she warns him, and at the other end of the bar, Dai concludes that they do not have a choice but to leave Gwern out of the team.

“It’s not fair to punish Gwern for something I did!” roars Garry, “He was the star of the second half!”

but Dai does not agree with this evaluation.
He points out that Cwmderi RFC’s youth teams have a good name; “And I’m not going to let you, or anyone else, destroy that!” Garry deduces that this is all about Dai, and he replies, “You’re blaming me now, are you?

| "You deserve everything you get, you hooligan!" |

| "Get out of my pub – you're banned!" |
In a foul temper, Garry orders him out of the pub; “You’re banned!” Dai is quite happy to leave,

| "I'm not coming – you've only just bought me this pint!" |
but Jim will not accompany him, as he is not banned, and has only just been bought a pint.

| Tyler is speaking on the phone |
Tyler is on the phone as Anita offers, “Siôn and I are free for the rest of the day – we could do some shopping for you,” but Iolo declines the offer.

| "Aled has been to the station and confessed" |
Tyler explains that he was talking to the police; “Aled has been to the station and confessed.”
 |
| "He needs to be arrested!" |
Anita is quite clear that they should not just forgive him; he needs to be arrested.
Iolo emphasises that it is nothing to do with her now, and Siôn thinks that it is time they left,

| "You won't stop me seeing Greta, will you?" |
although Anita is anxious that she should not be stopped from seeing Greta. Iolo does not want to discuss the matter now, and they leave the house.

Gerwyn has painted a not particularly professional-looking ‘Welcome Home’ banner,

and Guto advises him, “Perhaps you should stick to cars, Dad!” Gerwyn is confident that Jaclyn will appreciate it;

| "Have you told her you're not going back to school?" |
he asks whether she knows that Guto is not going back to school, but he has not yet had a chance to mention it.
“Perhaps your Mam can change your mind – you need something to do,” says his father, “I regret not encouraging you to take an interest in cars and engines – there’s always work for mechanics.”

Guto argues that every car will be computerised before long, and his father will be out of work.
 |
| "I didn't know Pablo Picasso lived here!" |
Dylan sarcastically describes the banner as, “Very professional – I didn’t know Pablo Picasso lived here!” Gerwyn sneers that he is not an expert in painting, but Dylan replies, “All those houses don’t paint themselves!” Gerwyn doubts that he ever held a paintbrush – now he has other people to do his dirty work.
“Yes, and I’m always looking out for one more, if you ever want extra work,” he comments,

but, looking at the banner, adds, “Mind you, I’m not sure you’re qualified enough!”

| Tyler has planned their dinner |
Tyler returns to number 7 with a bottle of wine, amongst other things; “We haven’t eaten properly since yesterday,” he tells Iolo, “I thought I’d make Spag Bol.”

| "What did the police say, then?" |
Iolo is looking suspicious, and asks what the police said.
 |
| "They've charged him with taking Greta" |
“They’ve charged Aled with taking Greta, and he admitted that he lied – I’m waiting to hear about anything else,” Tyler answers. Iolo warns him not to go upstairs, as Greta is asleep, and they need to talk.
 |
| "We can have a chat over a meal and glass of wine" |
Tyler thought they could have a chat over a meal and a glass of wine, but Iolo is not in favour of this;
 |
| "I almost lost Greta because of you!" |
“I almost lost Greta because of you,” he begins,

| "Anita was looking after her" |
and Tyler stresses that Anita was looking after her.
 |
| "But why was she with Anita?" |
“But why was she with Anita?” Iolo demands, “Aled’s to blame for this!” Tyler insists that he is going to be charged, and then they can ‘move on’.

| "You took advantage of him – and now he's more screwed up than ever!" |
Iolo, however, does not want him to be charged, maintaining that it is not right; “He’s only a boy – he turned to you for help, because he had problems at home – and you took advantage of him! Now he’s more screwed up than ever – why? Because of you!”

Tyler wants to know why he is saying this now, after letting him stay there last night, and spending time with him. “I thought things were getting better between us – that we were sorting things out.” Iolo explains that he did not want to argue in front of Greta, after what has happened, and emphasises that nothing has changed between them.

“and I don’t want this, either!” He puts his wedding ring into Tyler’s hand, remarking, “Do what you want with it!”

Tyler’s coat is handed to him, and he leaves the house,

| "No, you must be a football guy" |
In the Deri, Garry asks Dylan if he plays rugby, then comes the conclusion that he must be a football guy; “You haven’t got cauliflower ears, or a boxer’s nose!” Dylan says that he likes all kinds of sports,

| "Are you flirting with me, Garry?" |
and wonders if Garry is flirting with him. “I want to set up a village football team, for boys of Gwern’s age,” Garry explains, but Dylan says he is too busy making money to get involved. A woman comes in, with whom Dylan is having a meeting.
Dani enquires who is going to be in this team, and Garry tells her, “Everyone Dai has kicked out of the rugby team.” Jim says he will help, as it will be a good excuse to get out the house, out of Eileen’s way.

Garry suggests they will have a meeting later, with drinks and dinner all the house, which sounds good to Jim.

| Dani follows Tyler upstairs |
Tyler comes in and goes upstairs, followed by Dani;

| "You stayed there overnight, then?" |
he tells her that Greta loved having him home, and she deduces that he stayed there overnight.
 |
| "On the sofa" |
“On the sofa,” he points out, but she regards that as a start;
 |
| "That's what I thought, too – but . . ." |
Tyler groans, “That’s what I thought, too – but he blames me for Aled taking her.”
 |
| She is optimistic that things will improve |
“Listen, Tyler, you’re on a bit of a rollercoaster at the moment – just let things settle, and I’m sure he’ll feel differently,” Dani advises,

| He considers this is rather final |
but then he shows her the ring which has been returned to him.
 |
| "Lime and soda, please, Garry" |
Guto comes into the Deri and asks Gary for a lime and soda;

| "I heard the good news about your mother coming home" |
“I heard the good news about your mother coming home tomorrow,” says Jim, “Give her my regards.” When Garry gives Guto his drink, on the house, it is obvious that he wants something.
 |
| "Do you fancy doing some scouting at school?" |
“Do you play football?” Garry asks, and Guto replies that he does a bit of five-a-side; “Do you fancy doing some scouting at school? We’re looking for players for a new under-12s team.”

| "Sorry – I've left school" |
Guto has the disappointing news that he has left school, and he goes over to speak to Dylan,

although we only get fleeting glimpses of the woman to whom he is talking.

“Uncle Dyl, have you got a job for me? You know – I can help with your houses – painting, gardening, collecting rent – I’ll do anything.”

Dylan reminds the boy he is in the middle of a business meeting, but Guto continues, “I just want to prove to Dad that I can stand on my own two feet.” Dylan will talk to him later.

Dani is doing some online research into ‘Child Arrangement Orders’

| "Iolo has no chance of getting full custody" |
and announces to Tyler, “If this is correct, Iolo has no chance of getting full custody – any solicitor can tell you that!”

| "No judge is going to show me much sympathy" |
He reminds her that no judge is going to show him much sympathy, as he created this mess. “But you have rights, Tyler – Iolo’s being unreasonable!” she stresses.
“What do I have to offer that Iolo doesn’t?” he demands,

| "You're an amazing father, Tyler!" |
and she assures him that he is an amazing father, and that Greta adores him. She has found what sounds like a top notch solicitor, and she will help him with the cost.

| Dani is now running the show (and paying for it) |
He argues that there is no point, and he might as well accept that there is nothing else he can do, but she makes a phone call, telling him that they will see about that.
 |
| "Just listen to what I have to say, Garry" |
Dai comes into the Deri, and is immediately told that he has been banned; “Before you say anything, listen to what I have to say –

| "I've decided to speak on your behalf" |
“I’ve decided to speak on your behalf at the next meeting.” Garry comments that he has changed his tune, and Dai continues, “I must admit, I would miss coming to the local for a few pints – and although I disagree with what you did, I’ll stick up for you.”
“I don’t need you – tell him, Jim!” Garry replies,

and Jim explains that Garry is going to start an under 12s football team, of which Jim will be the coach.
Dai insists that soccer has been tried before, and was a nonstarter, but Garry points out that Jim is going to build a team around Gwern; “He’s the star player!”

“He’s living in cloud cuckoo land!” Dai remarks to Jim, who reminds him that more kids are turning to football these days. “I don’t want you working with a thug like Garry Monk;

| "He could start a riot in a yoga class!" |
“he could start a riot in a yoga class!” Dai growls, but Jim is confident that he can handle Garry.
Dai goes on, “You should put your feet up in front of the fire now, not run round in all weathers, screaming at unruly kids! I don’t want you to lose your good name, Jim.” He does not think that Garry has much hope with this team, anyway.

Back home at Y Felin, Siôn explains to Anita that he is only trying to be fair to everyone; “Sometimes it’s an idea to take responsibility for what has happened – you’ll get more respect.” She tells him that she does take responsibility, especially with everyone pointing the finger.

| "Iolo's still in shock – he needs time" |
“Iolo is still in shock – he needs time,” he stresses, but Anita still wants to be part of Greta’s life.
“Dani will stick her knife into me now!” she predicts, “That’s not going to help things –

| "Dwelling on things won't help anyone" |
Siôn decides that sitting here, dwelling on things, will not help anyone, but she is not in the mood to do anything.

“Jaclyn is coming home from hospital tomorrow – she’s been through a lot more than you,” Siôn points out, “Why don’t we go and see if they need anything?

At number 10, Gerwyn is busy cleaning the place; Guto does not seem inclined to help him,

and Dylan would like to help, but says he has a lot on at the moment.

He apologises to Guto, and asks if he is serious about this job;

Gerwyn is disgusted that he has asked Dylan for work, but Guto reminds him of his gran’s motto, “If you don’t ask, you won’t get.”

Dylan maintains that Guto should go to college and enjoy himself, pointing out that it will lead to a better job. “You’re doing great, and you’ve never been to college,” Guto tells him. Dylan then decides that there is no work for him at the moment.

Anita has been cooking, when there is a knock at the door;

Siôn is surprised to see a couple of police officers,

In the Deri flat, Tyler says he does not like dragging Dani into this,

but she suggests, “If ‘Mam-gu’ has a criminal record, it won’t look good in court, will it?”

| "Are we doing the right thing, Dan?" |
Tyler wonders if they are doing the right thing, and she tells him,

| "We're going to get full custody of Greta!" |
“Family comes first, Tyler! We’re going to get full custody of Greta – I promise!”
