"Get rid of the farmer's best friend – I don't think so!" |
“And get rid of the farmer’s best friend? I don’t think so!” answers Eifion. Sioned wants to know if there are lessons on driving quad bikes, but he tells her to concentrate on passing this test first, and will ask her a few test questions.

Her arm is giving Dani a lot of pain |

"Don't blame Jim!" |
“Don’t blame Jim!” Sioned snaps at him,
"You'd do better to cancel the test" |

“All this stuff isn’t going to be cheap – do you think it would be worth contacting the Council?” she says,
"Well, it should be their responsibility" |
and he points out that it should be their responsibility in the first place. “Your mother could use her influence in the council,” Sara adds.

Then Dylan gets involved again, and has a better name |

"I love the name – and so does Jason!" |
Without any consultation with Jason, she phones Dylan, and informs him, “I love the name – and Jason loves it too. Right, that’s fantastic – I’ll go to the website now – what’s the address again?”

"You shouldn't have pushed me!" |
“I wouldn’t have taken her – and you shouldn’t have pushed me!” Dani snarls in reply, but Anita denies the pushing. Garry advises that blaming each other will not help, and is sure that she cannot have gone far.
"The police are on their way" |
Iolo informs them that the police are on their way.
"Why don't we use Facebook?" |
Dani suggests that they use Facebook, with a description of Greta, and Anita describes her blue coat and a little pink hat, then dissolves into tears. Garry instructs her to go back to Y Felin,
"Just keep in touch with me, OK?" |
but she shouts, “Just keep in touch with me, OK?”
Tyler has received a text, taunting him |
Tyler has just received a text from a number he does not recognise, containing a photo of Greta in the park.
"You've done enough for one day – go home!" |
As he and Iolo head in that direction, Garry stops Anita from following them; “You’ve done enough as it is for one day – go home!”
"I'm useless at everything!" |
Sioned marches into the farmhouse, growling angrily, “I should stick to the accounts – I’m useless at everything else!”
"They're just making money out of you" |
Eifion is under the impression that the authorities are forcing her to try the test over and over again in order to make money.
Then she reveals that she has actually passed |
Then she triumphantly produces the certificate to indicate that she has passed the test, and laughs at him; “One minor and not a single major!” she boasts, “How many people can say that? I’m so glad I’ve done it at last!”
"Jim will be pleased" |
Eifion is sure that Jim will also be pleased. “He was more excited than me when I phoned him just now,” she relates, “I can take the cows to the market for you – after a bit of practice!
Sioned wants to celebrate |
“Do you fancy coming to the Deri with me to celebrate?”
"Every farmer knows the stock comes first, every time" |
Eifion points out that he has to feed the cows first; “Every farmer knows that the stock comes first every time – just because you passed the trailer test doesn’t mean you’re the boss!”
"Everyone knows I'm the boss!" |
“Everyone knows I’m the boss!” she asserts, and grabs his other slice of toast.
There is no sign of Greta in the park |

"I can't believe Anita took her eyes off Greta" |
“I can’t believe Anita took her eyes off Greta – anyone could have taken her!” wails Iolo. Garry again says he is taking Dani to A&E, but she refuses to go until they find Greta.
As they arrive at the Deri, Eifion asks Sioned what she wants; “A bottle of bubbly, if you’re paying!” she replies,
"I was thinking more of gin and tonic" |
but he was thinking more in terms of a gin and tonic.
"You would think she'd won 'Fferm Ffactor'!" |
They inform Izzy that Sioned has passed her trailer test; “But you would think she’d won ‘Fferm Ffactor’!” says Eifion.
"I'm very impressed" |
Izzy is suitably impressed, and Sioned still wants a bottle of bubbly.
"It's great to see you so happy" |
Izzy goes to rejoin her father, who says that it is great to see her so happy;
"There's no problem, as long as Mam stays out of my way!" |
“There’s no problem as long as Mam stays out of my way!” she answers. He can see that the two of them are exactly the same –
"I wish tou two would sort everything out" |
the problem is that they are too much alike, and he wishes they would sort everything out.
"I didn't get much of a welcome there!" |
“Well, I didn’t get much of a welcome when I went to get the rest of my stuff,” she tells him, but Colin reckons she should not criticise her mother. “I’ve got a new family now,” Izzy insists, but is warned they are not replacing Lois and her mother.
"It says Greta's gone missing" |
Looking at Facebook on her phone, Izzy sees that Greta has gone missing; “There’s a message, asking if anyone has seen her in the last hour.”
"What's this about Greta?" |
She goes over and asks Anita what is going on with Greta, and she says that they think she is in the park, but she has not heard yet.
"It's all my fault!" |
“It’s all my fault!” Anita wails, bursting into tears, and Colin gets her to sit down. “I was looking after her, you see!”
"I hope nothing bad's happened to her!" |
Colin recalls when Izzy was lost on a beach, and they found her by the icecream van – it was only a few minutes, but it seemed like hours at the time. “I hope nothing bad’s happened to her!” sobs Anita.
Another palatial house – paid for by drug money |
Sara is looking at the details of another house from Tomos ac Ellis; “Yes, there’s plenty of room in the back garden for Ifan to run around – he’d love it!” she enthuses.
Then she tells Jason that Tomos ac Ellis have found them the perfect house, and shows him the webpage.
"What does it matter if I like it?" |
“What does it matter if I like it?’ he demands,
"You didn't like it when I moved into the café without telling you" |
but she reminds him that he did not like it when she moved into the cafe without telling him.
“Now I am telling you, and you’re still not happy!” she complains, and they return to their preparations.
"We need to arrange food, Sara" |
Jason says they will need to arrange food for the volunteers, and he is pretty sure he can persuade the Deri to make sandwiches for them.
"Dylan's happy to put on a spread at Tapas" |
“There’s no need – Dylan is happy to put on a spread at Tapas, after we've finished,” Sara tells him,
"Why does Dylan have to stick his nose in?" |
and he wonders why Dylan has to stick his nose into what was his idea. Sara maintains that Dylan is only trying to help.
“Well, let him organise it, then!” Jason growls,
"Right, I'll let you organise it!" |
and Sara picks up her coat, telling him to organise it himself. “I thought we were doing this together for Ifan,” he says, but Sara thinks that it will be better this way. He should just text to tell her what he wants her to do.
"It sounds as if someone has taken her" |
As they arrive back at the chippy flat, Izzy remarks that it sounds as if someone has taken Greta; “She couldn’t have got very far on her own – I just think someone would have found her by now if she had just wandered off.”
"That day you went missing, I couldn't think straight" |
Colin says that his heart stopped the day that she went missing, and he could not think straight – he was running around the place like a blind turkey, and sweating buckets.
"Don't worry – I'm alive and well" |
“You don’t have to worry any more – I’m alive and well!” Izzy laughs.
"Your mother – she didn't panic at all" |
“Thanks to your mother – she was the sensible one – she didn’t panic at all!” he remembers, “She knew exactly where you would be – she knows you too well!
"She doesn't enjoy falling out with you" |
“Look, I know she can be hard on you sometimes, but she doesn’t enjoy falling out with you.”
"She's always looking for a reason to have a go!" |
Izzy has the definite impression that she does; “She’s always looking for a reason to have a go!” Colin says that she only wants the best for Izzy, but it is pointed out that Gaynor more or less threw her daughter out.
"She must have her reasons" |
“She must have had her reasons for being angry with you,” Colin suggests,”
"She should discuss it, rather than screaming and shouting!" |
so Izzy maintains she should have discussed it, rather than screaming and shouting. “Go and talk to her – please – you need to sort this nonsense out,” her father begs Izzy, “Don’t be childish, Esyllt!”
She maintains that it is her mother who was being childish;
"So she could shack up with her new boyfriend!" |
“She wanted me out from the beginning – so she could shack up with her new boyfriend!” She goes to watch television in her room, and says she will tidy up the kitchen later.
There is still no sign of Greta |
Iolo and Tyler have been searching the further reaches of the park when another text message arrives; Tyler reveals that they are being watched, then adds that there is no need to call the police again, as Greta is safe.
So Aled is behind this kidnapping |
Iolo reads the message, “Greta’s home with me. Come alone. Aled.”
"I'm going to kill him!" |
Iolo declares, “I’m going to kill him!”
"He asked me to go there alone" |
but Tyler stresses that he has been asked to go there alone. “No – I’m coming with you – to give him a good hiding!”
"We shouldn't upset him, for Greta's sake!" |
“We shouldn’t upset him, for Greta’s sake!” warns Tyler, and promises that he will sort this out.
Dani's arm is not getting any better |
It appears that now Garry and Dani are heading for the hospital,
Iolo stands, alone and helpless |
and Iolo stands helplessly in the park.
