Tesni walks along the street to the bookshop and initially cannot find her keys;

| "Not now, Siôn!" |
her phone sounds and she mutters, “Not now, Siôn!” then lets herself into the shop.

| "You're getting a bargain" |
At Penrhewl, Eifion is emphasising to Sioned that she is getting a bargain; “A couple of other people have offered more – but as we’re old friends . . .” She wants to know when they will get the bull, and he tells her, “Once the money’s in my account, you can pick it up.”

| "Why not John's account?" |
She is surprised to hear that it is his account; “Why not John’s account? He owns the bull.” Eifion explains that he has opened an account for the farm, so he does not have to bother John.
 |
| Eileen is suspicious of him . . . |
Eileen comes in and looks suspicious on hearing this; “Do you want this bull, or what?” he demands, “I have to go – things to do!”
 |
| . . . and Sioned does not trust him |
Sioned does not trust him,

| "But we're getting a bull for a good price" |
but her mother says they are getting a bull for a good price, and that is what is important.
 |
| "There's something strange going on there" |
Sioned is convinced that there is something strange going on; Eileen remarks, “If Eifion’s shenanigans affect John’s business, all the better – those two pigs deserve each other!”

| Eileen is not looking forward to the governors' meeting |
She is not looking forward to her meeting with the governors today, but is encouraged by Sioned to keep it all straight in her head. “Say that Gaynor has lost Izzy and that she’s struggling mentally,” Eileen recites.

| "The bad publicity if this gets out" |
Sioned prompts her, “And the bad publicity for the school if this gets out – it’s damage limitation, Mam – if they shut the story down now, the school’s reputation will not be tarnished.” She is quite sure that her mother will be able to do this, but Eileen wishes that she did not have to.

| "Coffee, please, Cassie" |
Anita comes into the Deri and asks for coffee; “I haven’t seen you for a while,” comments Cassie,

| "Is there any gossip?" |
and Anita wonders if she has any news, as she is sure that there must be some local gossip.

| "Mickey and Kelly have been meeting" |
“I might be overreacting,” Cassie begins, “But I’ve seen Mickey and Kelly together – they’ve been meeting.”

| "I thought he was long gone" |
Anita had been under the impression he was long gone. “Well, he obviously hasn’t stayed away,” she is informed, “They’re busy organising a gift bank – I might be reading too much into it,

| "They're close – too close!" |
“but they’re close – too close!”
Anita is very concerned about this, but Cassie continues, “They were in here and they were laughing – she was giggling like a schoolgirl. I’m not saying that it means anything. I know you don’t want to tell her the truth, but you’d better tell her he’s her father, in case it goes too far.”

| "He doesn't fancy Kelly" |
Anita maintains that Kelly does not fancy Mickey, but Cassie recalls that she said Kelly and Jason were not getting on.

| "Are you sure you're not making a mistake?" |
“Are you sure you’re not making a mistake?” Anita demands.
 |
| "Well, that's what I saw" |
She is told that is what Cassie saw; “It’s up to you what you do about it.”

| Anita is shocked |
Anita is stunned by the news.

| Gaynor has discovered Tyler's fitness video |
At Llwyncelyn, Gaynor is looking on her phone at Tyler’s fitness video

| "What about Rhys?" |
and Hywel wants to know how long he has been doing it. She remarks that it is very popular, and he angrily asks, “What about Rhys? He’s taken a break from going online – how can Tyler do this to him, knowing that he’s struggling?”
 |
| "It won't affect the gym, Hywel" |
Gaynor does not consider that it will affect the gym, but Hywel thinks otherwise; “How is it going to affect his mental health? A friend teaching workouts on his doorstep – I don’t want Rhys to go backwards. It’s not going to happen – I’m going to make sure he doesn’t see that!”

| Hywel is in a rush to leave the house |
He storms out of the house.

| DJ is lurking again |
DJ creeps quietly into the farmhouse, during daylight this time, making sure that no one is around, and helps himself to a mug;

| "You almost gave me a heart attack!" |
Sioned hurries into the room, and is shocked to see him when she turns round. “What are you doing? You almost gave me a heart attack!” He indicates that he is thirsty, and she snarls, “There’s a hosepipe out the back!”
 |
| "We can still be friends" |
He implores her that there is no need to be like that – they can still be friends;
 |
| "After what you did to me?" |
“After what you did?” she growls. He has already apologised and does not know what else he can do;
 |
| "Move to another country and never come back!" |
“Move to another country and never come back!” is Sioned’s suggestion, “This was Mam’s idea – if we weren’t desperate for help, you wouldn’t be here. The fact that you work here doesn’t change the way I feel about you – do you understand?”

| "I'm going to have an open day ay the gym" |
Hywel is walking along the street when Rhys sees him; “I’m handing out these flyers,” he says, “I’m going to have an open day in the gym –

| "Get people in, show them the place" |
“get people in, show them the place – a couple of free sessions, canapés, fizz, create a buzz! And I might put something online.”

| "I'll do that for you, Rhys" |
His father volunteers to do that for him if he will email the flyer, insisting that he has enough on his plate already,

| "Thanks, Dad" |
sorting out the gym, the food and drink.
 |
| "Greta Thunberg, how are you?" |
Rhys’ next call is at the bookshop, and he greets Tesni, “Greta Thunberg, how are you?”

| "I didn't realise you were a reader" |
She did not realise that Rhys was a reader, but he only wants to leave some of his flyers on the counter;

| "I'm trying to save my business" |
“While you’re saving the planet, I’m trying to save my business – it’s about time I did something. Are you going to come to the opening night? You can bring Siôn if you like.”
 |
| "We're not quite on the same page" |
She groans, “Don’t talk to me about him,” and he assumes that the honeymoon is over. “We’re not quite on the same page, put it that way,” she says, “I’ve escaped from Y Felin to avoid him today.”

| "If you need somewhere to escape . . ." |
“Well, if you ever need somewhere else to escape to, you know where to come,” he tells her, “Any time.”

| "They want to think about it" |
Eileen returnsfrom her meeting and told the governors what she and Sioned had discussed, but they want to think about it. “We’ll just have to wait,” she says, as she fills the kettle;

| "I'd like to hurry things up" |
Sioned would like to hurry things up,
 |
| "We don't want to raise any suspicions" |
but Eileen does not want to raise any suspicions.
 |
| "When I opened my wardrobe . . ." |
Sioned moans that nothing is going right today; “I thought you told DJ to keep his distance – well, he hasn’t listened. He was in here earlier – the seat was up in the toilet, and I opened the wardrobe in my bedroom . . .”

| "Don't say he was in there?" |
Eileen hopes that he was not in there; “No, he wasn’t in the wardrobe, Mam,” she replies irritably, “But that’s where I keep my wedding dress –
 |
| "Everywhere I turn, he is there!" |
“everywhere I turn, he is there!” Eileen agrees to have another word with him, conceding that this is not an ideal situation, but they need him – and perhaps Sioned needs to move on.

| She looks affronted |
Sioned does not look amenable to this suggestion.

| "I had been intending to meet Jason, but . . ." |
Anita is sitting in the Deri when Kelly comes in; “I had been intending to meet Jason, on a lunchtime date, but he has had a call-out,

| ". . . I've found a worthy replacement" |
“so instead I’ve has found a worthy replacement in the form of Tesni.” This comes as somewhat of a relief to Anita.

| "You can join us if you like" |
“Why? Who were you expecting?” Kelly asks, “You’re welcome to join us – but just a warning – the topic of conversation will be how to save the world.”
 |
| "We'll have a chat later" |
Anita says that they will have a chat later.
 |
| Sioned looks with regret . . . |
Sioned opens the box containing her wedding dress;

she looks at it, and, as might be expected,

| "You kept it" |
DJ appears in the doorway. He comments, “You kept it.”
 |
| "What have I told you about prowling around?" |
“What have I told you about prowling around this place?” she snarls, “I’m going to sell it,”
 |
| "These will be going in the bin" |
and he sees that she has kept the orders of service as well, which she says are destined for the bin.
 |
| "This dress means nothing to me" |
“Do you know how much this dress means to me?” she asks, “Nothing!” He wonders why she has kept in that case, if it means so little to her.
 |
| "I'm going to sell it and enjoy spending the money" |
She makes it very clear, “I don’t want anything to do with you, DJ. I’m going to sell this dress and enjoy spending the money – if it means so much to you, you’re welcome to make an offer. Otherwise, stay out of my way.”
 |
| "All right – you're the boss" |
He acknowledges that she is the boss and walks out of the farmhouse.
 |
| Hywel again is in the street |
Hywel is again walking towards the shop when Tyler comes out; “I want a word with you,” Hywel informs him,

| "The videos you've been posting online . . ." |
“The videos you’ve been posting online . . .” and Tyler thinks that he has a fan here,
 |
| "I'm sure we could knock you into shape, Hywel" |
assuring Hywel that he could be knocked into shape.
“That’s not what I mean – isn’t it a bit insensitive?” Hywel goes on, “Things are not easy for Rhys, especially with the gym – take those videos down!”
 |
| "No way!" |
Tyler flatly refuses to do so; “No way – I know you’re worried, but I’m not taking them down – it’s not my fault his business is struggling. Rhys doesn’t have a monopoly on keeping fit – I’m just filling a gap in the market. I’m going to keep on posting and there’s nothing you can do!”

| "Next time, remember to subscribe" |
He sarcastically adds, “And next time you watch, remember to subscribe.”
 |
| Hywel is definitely not happy |
Hywel is furious.
 |
| "She must have a reason for keeping that dress" |
In the shop flat, DJ is telling Mathew, “She must have a reason for keeping that dress – it’s easy to rekindle a flame.” Mathew offers an alternative explanation;

| "Or she put it away and forgot it" |
that she put the dress in a box, stuffed it in the wardrobe and forgot all about it. DJ prefers his theory.
 |
| "Eifion was trying to sell one of John Deri Fawr's bulls" |
“I saw Eifion at Penrhewl,” he continues, “He was trying to sell one of John Deri Fawr’s bulls – what’s going on there, then?”
 |
| "I can't keep up with Eifion's schemes" |
Mathew has given up trying to keep up with Eifion’s schemes, and says if John Deri Fawr is stupid enough to trust him, then that is his problem.
“That’s the thing – John’s never there – he’s found a fancy woman half his age in France. Deri Fawr has been an albatross round his neck since his wife died – that’s what I heard, anyway,” says DJ.

Mathew wonders if Eifion is trying to take advantage of that, and whatever it is, DJ suspects that something dodgy is going on.

as Jaclyn is exercising along with him at number 9; there is a knock at the door and Rhys comes in. She gives the excuse she is having a hot flush.

| Rhys wants Cae Glas to deal with the refreshments |
“I’ve just popped over to see if Cae Glas can sort some drinks and canapés – I’m having an open day at the gym,” he says, and Jaclyn is sure that they can oblige.

| Then he takes a look at the screen . . . |
Then he notices the video, on which she has turned off the sound, and she explains that she is doing a workout.

He takes a closer look, asking how long Tyler has been doing that; “He’s not even doing it right!” he exclaims, and Jaclyn will e-mail him a few ideas for the open day at the gym. Rhys appears to have other things on his mind, and hurriedly leaves the house.

| Kelly is surprised to see Mickey |
Mickey’s car arrives outside the chip shop, and he says that he is glad he has found Kelly; “I’ve got some news.”

She hopes that it is good news,

| "A grant for the gift bank" |
and he replies, “It depends if a grant for the gift bank is good news.” She cannot believe that he is serious, and further up the road, Anita is watching this conversation with great interest. Kelly is very excited, and Mickey proposes that they go and have a drink in the Bull; they get into his car.

| "I think I can get a good price . . ." |

| Eifion is selling 25 acres of land |
Eileen notices a message popping up on the laptop screen, which they discover is from Eifion; “25 acres of land for sale for rewilding,” Sioned reads, “An opportunity to own some of the best land rural Wales has to offer.”

| "What's he up to?" |
Eileen is puzzled as to what he is up to.
 |
| "There you are, Judas!" |
Rhys marches across the road towards Tyler; “There you are, Judas! When were you going to tell me about the videos?”
 |
| "It's none of your business" |
Tyler answers that it is none of his business, and Hywel can be seen approaching. “It is, because it’s affecting my business,” Rhys points out.
 |
| "Your sweatbox of a gym!" |
“Don’t be soft – you’re angry because people would rather watch me than go to your sweatbox of a gym!” retorts Tyler. Then Hywel intervenes, ordering Tyler to leave it.
 |
| "Here he is then – big, bad Dad!" |
Tyler declares, “Here he is, then – big, bad Dad is here to sort out your problems!
 |
| "I'm not taking them down!" |
“I’ve told him and now you, I’m not taking them down!”
Rhys is angry that his father knew about these videos, but he says that he did not want to hurt Rhys. “How many times? I can deal with my own problems!” he growls.
Tyler asks if they have finished arguing, so he can go,

| "Take those videos down!" |
but is ordered by Rhys to take the videos down. “I can do what I like!” snarls Tyler.
 |
| "How would you like it if I started cleaning windows?" |
Rhys wonders, “How would you like it, if I started cleaning windows on your patch?”
 |
| "Go on, then – give it a try!" |
Tyler invites him to give it a try. “This is my livelihood –I’ve worked hard to build that business!” he shouts, and it is pointed out to him that he cannot have made a good job of it,
 |
| "It's fallen apart because you have some competition" |
because it has fallen apart now that he has some competition. Rhys glowers at his father after Tyler has walked away.
 |
| Eileen is surely not waiting for a bus |
Eileen is standing by the bus stop, looking at her phone, when Eifion passes; she would like a chat with him.
 |
| "Why didn't you say you were selling the land?" |
“Why didn’t you say you were selling land at Deri Fawr earlier?” she enquires, and he replies that it is nothing to do with her.
“No, but it does border Penrhewl,” she goes on, “It would have been polite to tell us rather than us seeing it online.” Again he insists that how he sells the land is nothing to do with her, and it will go to whoever offers the best price.

“If you’re so worried about it, why don’t you make an offer?” he suggests, “Come on, give me a price.”

She offers £100,000, which he regards as derisory and walks away.

Back home at Llwyncelyn, Hywel urges Rhys not to let Tyler upset him, but he demands, “Why would I be upset?” Hywel thinks that he had better contact Jinx, as talking about it might help.

“About what? The fact that you’re trying to micro-manage my mental health?” His father maintains he is trying to help. “By wrapping me in cotton wool? At least Tyler has the guts to talk to me straight –

| "I'm going to enjoy rubbing Tyler's nose in it!" |
“and I’m going to enjoy rubbing Tyler’s nose in it!” Hywel looks worried.

Anita visits number 9 and advises Cassie, “It’s true – I’ve just seen them – you were right!” she wails,

| "I have to do something about it!" |
“This is my fault – I have no choice now, have I? I have to do something about it!”
