Jinx asks her, “Have I done something to upset you? It’s like you’re trying to avoid me.”

"I'm just stressed" |
She gives the excuse that she is stressed, and had forgotten how anxiety-inducing it is, being a freelance writer. He advises that she is not doing enough Sudoku, and Kelly recalls that she used to be obsessed with Sudoku.

Jinx adds that she was also obsessed with watching ‘Breaking Bad’

"Keep it zipped – I haven't watched the last series" |
and she realises she has not seen the last series;

“Neither have I – it wasn’t the same without you,” he sighs, “Well, you know where I am if you want a chat.”

She turns and continues along the street, as Jason finishes his phone call

At Penrhewl, Eileen enquires what time Anita is meeting her date and is told it is around two o’clock, although they do not have any firm plans. “I’m a bag of nerves,” Anita admits, “I haven’t seen him in thirty years!”

Eileen imagines that he might look like Peter Stringfellow.

Sioned comes rushing in, demanding, “Have you seen that gate? The one that Jinx painted? It’s fuchsia pink – he hasn’t got a clue!”

Eileen tells Anita that she should go home, and will be expected to give a full report tomorrow.
“I’ll send you a text if he’s got a ponytail!” she jokes as she leaves,

then Sioned continues that they need to have a word with Jinx.
In the Deri, Izzy is just finishing her drink when her mother comes in;

“Listen, I’ve been thinking – I’m worried that you’re making a big mistake, buying Hywel’s house.”

Izzy laughs, “You can’t help but throw cold water on everything, can you?” her daughter demands.

Gaynor reels off a list of alleged faults . . . |
Gaynor goes on that the shower is leaking, and is not surprised that Hywel did not mention it. Then there are the cracks in the walls and the place needs to be rewired.

“I don’t want you to waste your money, that’s all,” her mother alleges as Izzy leaves the pub, and the seeds of doubt have already been planted.

Garry is still making phone calls in his attempts to locate Dani; as he consults the address book, he comes to the name Louise Green.

“I’ve never heard of her,” he tells Tyler, “More of a reason for Dani to hide there.”
He dials the number, “This is Garry Monk, Dani’s husband – I’m looking for her –

"Tyler has had a car accident" |
“the thing is her brother, Tyler, has had a car accident and I really need to talk to her.” He is surprised that the call is abruptly ended, and comments, “She certainly didn’t want to talk to me!”

"That book may be out of date" |
Tyler suggests that the book may be out of date,

"It's the only thing we've got" |
but Garry emphasises it is the only thing that they have got. Then Tyler’s phone sounds with a call from an unknown number, and he turns it to ‘speaker’.

"Ty, what's happened? What's wrong?" |
Dani’s voice can clearly be heard, “Ty, what’s happened? What’s wrong?”
Garry is convinced that Louise Green is the answer to their problem and he makes a note of her address; “It’s a gut feeling – we’re going!” he decides.

At a table outside the Deri, Anita is waiting for her date

and soon enough he arrives, telling her that she has not changed a bit, but he has a few more grey hairs than he had.

At that moment, Siôn comes out of the Deri with a couple of coffees, and looks disapprovingly at Anita.

Mickey wonders what that was all about and is informed that he is an ex of Anita’s; “I think there’s something going on between him and her,” she says,

as Tesni walks across the road towards Siôn.
“Isn’t he punching above his weight?” Mickey queries,

"No, I mean you – not that bimbo there!" |
then points out he was referring to Anita, rather than that bimbo along the road. “What was the appeal? The guy looks like Santa Claus!

"Right, what do you want to drink?" |
“Right, what do you want to drink?” Anita asks for a gin and tonic.

"I know we're not supposed to speak in public" |
Outside the bookshop, Tesni concedes, “I know we’re not supposed to speak in public, but I’m looking forward to seeing you tomorrow night. Speak to you later.”

He goes into the shop, where Jinx remarks, “I was watching you and Tesni there – you’ve taken her under your wing, haven’t you? You’re a good example of a Christian.”

Siôn now describes himself as a non-believer;

“That’s why you’re not a vicar any more, then,” Jinx realises.
Siôn points out that he still shares many of the values and misses supporting the community;

Then the boy suddenly notices his father and shouts, “Dad!” but Dani tells him to stop.

She is very noticeably pregnant and looks extremely disappointed that she has been found.

Anita and Mickey are reminiscing over old times, particularly the occasion when he fell into the lido;

In the back garden of the house Dani complains, “I phoned Llanelli. Glangwili, Morrison [local hospitals] – I was starting to think you were in Cardiff, Tyler, with a brain injury!”

Garry wonders what other choice they had, and she shouts, “Leave us alone!”
“Did you see Gwern’s face – and Seren’s? They missed me,” he replies,

and she points out that they missed him when he disappeared as well. He acknowledges that was his fault, but stresses that they had to make sure she was OK.

and Tyler explains that they were worried. She explains, “I had to hide – because Dylan said my life and the children’s lives were in danger, so I didn’t have a choice.

Garry concedes that she did a good job;

Dani’s response is that they will have to, but he insists that with him and the cops protecting her, she will be safe; she laughs scornfully as he continues, “You can’t live like this for ever – on the run.”

Mathew cannot believe that Hywel would do that to them, but she has her doubts,

Mathew points out that he gave Hywel his word; “But what if Hywel is not being straight with us?” she whines,

At Bryntirion, Anita is searching through a kitchen drawer for some aspirin, and comes across some strange-looking tablets. Jason and Kelly have just returned from their shopping trip

and she tells them, “They look like Viagra to me!”

"Dai must have forgotten them" |
Jason immediately tries to shift the blame; “Dai must have been fuming when he realised he’d forgotten his Viagra!” Kelly warns her aunt that she should not be snooping through other people’s stuff.

“It happens to everyone sometimes,” Anita tries to calm the situation,

and Kelly tries to indicate that the tablets are his. “You’re under a lot of stress,” Anita goes on.

In the back garden, Garry and Gwern are kicking a football to each other;

Tyler is of the opinion that they should leave, now they know that Dani is safe, but he continues, “I won’t let anything happen to you.”

“You know that the children need their father,” Garry emphasises, and tells Tyler to be quiet.

Suddenly Dani appears to change her mind, and says that they will come home;

When Jinx comes into the farmhouse, he tells them that he is having dinner with Ffion and Arwen; “To be honest, I’m going to move back to Cysgod y Glyn – I hope you don’t mind – but I’ll see you tomorrow morning, at nine.”
