Tesni is sitting on the floor in number 9, and Gwyneth brings her a cup of tea; “Are you thinking about yesterday?

"You're probably angry with Dylan" |
“You’re probably angry with Dylan for spoiling your plans,” she says, but Tesni thinks that it is better that she did not say anything.
“I thought you were desperate to get things off your chest,” Gwyneth continues, and Tesni sighs that it is not just about her. “Look, you can always tell me,” adds Gwyneth.

“I know, but I need to think about Dad and Guto,” Tesni replies.

Aled arrives |
Then Aled comes in through the back door and Gwyneth says she is popping out.

"I have to go back to London later" |
He says he is sorry that he has to go back to London later, for work. She wonders if perhaps she should go back to London with him; “There’s nothing here for me any more – can you wait until tonight to give me a chance to pack and say goodbye to everyone?”

He answers that it is the least he can do.

Dylan stares into space |
Dylan is lying on the sofa in the Deri flat, staring into space, when Cassie comes upstairs with some post for Dani.

"She's not here" |
“She’s not here,” he grunts, “She’s gone to stay with a friend and taken the kids with her.”

"How are you?" |
Cassie regards that as unfortunate timing and asks how he is.
As he does not reply, she comments, “That’s how people feel after a funeral – you build yourself up and then you feel like you’ve been punched. Do you want a coffee? Why don’t you have a shower?”

Dylan says nothing,

so she leaves the post on the table and goes back downstairs.

Tyler has taken the purse to Tegwen, and she wonders where he found it; “It was next to the bin round the back,” he lies, “There’s no money in it, but all the cards are there.”

"The rugby tickets are still here!" |
She finds with amazement that the rugby tickets are still there; “Thank goodness – Ken has cried every night since I lost them! You must take something small to say thank you,” but Tyler will not accept anything,

"Buy a couple of hotdogs at the next match" |
telling her to use the money to buy hotdogs for the two of them at the next match.

She is so grateful that she could kiss him.

"Have to seen the bike keys, Mark?" |
Meanwhile at Maes-y-Deri, Mark arrives as Brynmor is looking for the keys for the bike,

and searches in various drawers, saying, “I fancy a little spin.” Mark recommends that he gets one of those whistling keyrings to avoid this rigmarole.

Brynmor feels in the pockets of his jacket hanging on the chair,

and incredulously discovers the missing ring.

Mark feigns surprise, “So that’s where it was hiding!” Brynmor is certain that he has already searched all his pockets, but Mark laughs, “You didn’t do a very good job, then.”
Brynmor is adamant that he would never have put it there, “But, to be honest, I don’t care!”

when Tesni comes out of the door of number 9; “I don’t like to leave you on your own,” says her father,

She announces that she is going to London with Aled, and Gerwyn wonders when she decided this, and whether this is really what she wants to do.
“Well, OK – come out to see us soon – Al sounded keen yesterday. By the way, where’s all our stuff from number 10?

"More importantly, where is Mam's stuff?" |
“And more importantly, where’s Mam’s stuff?” Guto asks. She replies that she took some stuff to a charity shop and the rest to the dump.
Guto is angry about this, but she says she thought it was best;

“Just giving Mam’s stuff away? How stupid is that?” Gerwyn reprimands him for speaking to his sister like that, and she protests that it is just stuff. “It’s Mam’s stuff!” Guto shouts, “Does being sorry make everything OK?”

Gwyneth comes out to investigate the commotion and is told,

Gwyneth reveals that she did keep some of it, as Tesni’s head was all over the place, and that she thought she might change her mind.
“There is a box of her things – do you want to see it?” Gwyneth tells then, and they go inside, just as Mark and Tyler come out of number 7.

In the Deri, Cassie is clearing up some cups, when Mark and Tyler come in, carrying a box, which Mark says they almost tripped over in the street.

She discovers the bottles which had gone missing, and gasps, “This is the stuff Eifion’s been stealing!

Mark suggests that perhaps it was not him, “He might not be the thief,”

which earns him a furious look from Tyler, but Cassie is quite convinced that it was Eifion – she knows his type.
“What happened to ‘Innocent until proven Guilty’?” Mark enquires, but Cassie wants to know who else would steal from there – who else would have the opportunity. Mark continues that she does not want to wrongly accuse him.

Mathew is surprised that she went up to the school just to tell him; “I wasn’t going to wait until 3:30pm!” she replies, “And I had a big cwtch!”
“Well, at least we know that Sioned didn’t steal your purse,” he says,

but Tegwen is not so sure about that. “What – throw it in the bin after stealing £20? Sioned has more class than that,” he maintains, “Kids did it, guaranteed.

In lieu of an answer, Tegwen picks up and eats a crisp.

Going through the box of mementos, Guto comes across the ‘lucky microphone’, which Gerwyn thinks she won in ‘Can i Cwmgwili’ [sing in Cwmgwili], but Guto points out that she came second in that.

“She had a rant because the winner went off with one of the judges.”
Gerwyn remembers that she had one too many vodkas when she said that,

and Guto would like to keep the microphone. “Take whatever you like,” Tesni tells him, and then they find a bracelet which Gerwyn gave to Jaclyn when she was 21.

Tyler is vacuuming the campervan as Eifion approaches with his bags;

“You’re a cleaner now, are you?” he jokes, and is told that he is doing Jason a favour, as the van is being rented out tomorrow.

“Yes, I know – to me – I’m going up to Scotland,” Eifion advises him.

Iolo approaches to check that Eifion has everything.

“You’re going away with him?” Tyler demands incredulously, “You’ve started seeing each other now, have you? Thanks for telling me!”

Iolo asks if Tyler can look after Greta for two weeks, as his father is unable to do so.
Of course, Tyler protests that he is far too busy, and Eifion wonders what he is doing. “Mind your own business – right? I can’t have her for two weeks – end of!”
Iolo concludes, “If you can’t have her, I can’t go,”

At APD, Jason is searching for the campervan keys; “Where is it? It’s supposed to be hanging on this hook – there’s no sign of them anywhere. Have you seen them, Anita?” She wonders why she should possibly know where the keys are

and he points out, “Because you have a habit of moving things – I have to find these keys –

“Eifion and Iolo are picking up the campervan up first thing.”

Anita still does not think it is a good idea to let Eifion go all the way to Scotland in the van; “You might never see him again!”

Jason reminds her that Iolo is also going, and he can be trusted.

Then Tyler comes in and is asked if he has seen the keys for the campervan; he takes them from his pocket, remarking that he has not had the chance to put them back, and replaces them on the hook.

Anita looks suspiciously at him; “Are you happy, then, knowing that your little girl is going to Scotland with Eifion, of all people?”

Tyler makes it quite clear that he is not happy,

and is urged by Anita to think of some way of stopping them.
“Why are you so concerned about Greta?” Tyler demands, and she answers that she does not consider it an appropriate holiday for a child. “I don’t think so either, but there isn’t much I can do to stop them,” Tyler growls.

“What’s come over him?” she asks, “He hasn’t said a word for days,” but Mark advises her not to worry. She is convinced that something is going on.

At number 10, we see that Anita has been prescribed some ‘Zopiclone 7.5mg’ sleeping tablets, the box being clearly marked ‘one tablet to be taken daily – do NOT exceed the recommended daily dose’.

Aled has nothing to say to his father, but is told, “You can’t behave like this under the circumstances.” Aled makes it clear that he wants nothing to do with his father and gets into the taxi,
