![]() |
"That's what he needs – fun and normality" |
Siôn maintains that it will be fun – and that is what he needs now – fun and some normality. Iolo protests that there is nothing normal about singing karaoke in the living room in the afternoon, but Siôn says, “Singing is balm to the soul.”

“No, just a grumpy teenager.” She had forgotten about Gaynor coming over to talk about a bridesmaid’s dress.
Ffion tries to tell her that it is not convenient at the moment, but Gaynor argues that they can do this while Ffion eats.

as he continues, “They’ve found me a place in a hostel – somewhere for people like me who aren’t quite ready to return to everyday life.”
![]() |
"Sounds like a sensible idea" |
That sounds like a sensible idea to Siôn;
Cai asks if that is all right with Lleucu, as he wants to do things right this time. Siôn enquires if this is a private hostel, but Cai reassures him that it is health service, so there is no need to pay. Siôn protests that is not what he meant.

![]() |
"Abstract, emotional, surreal" |

"There's no time for that" |
but when he puts his arm around her, she protests that they do not have time.
