Gabriel is playing on the floor while Dani urges him, “Please, try to remember where you took it off.” She is desperately searching for one of his shoes, but he seems remarkably unconcerned.

Mark comes in and wonders what is going on; “I can’t find a shoe!” she exclaims.
She has obviously been receiving messages containing the photos taken as she left Hywel’s house as Mark wants to talk to her about them;

“I can check the village CCTV to see who was around,” he says, but with the television blaring, Dani cannot concentrate and is becoming angry with Gabriel.

Kelly has come to speak to Jinx |
Kelly visits Deri Fawr to speak to Jinx, but Ffion tells her that he is in the shower and shouts upstairs to inform him.

Kelly asks how she is feeling; “I’m getting better sllowly,” is the reply.
Kelly is busy with this carnival; “That’s why I’m here – I need his help — today.”

Mark is eating his toast when there is a knock at the door, so he goes to answer it.

She says that she was under the impression he was doing that; “I didn’t have much choice – the school couldn’t get hold of you – he’s at home now with Gwern.” Mark asks if she has had any more messages and she says that she has not.
